SakaMboka is an AI-powered job application pipeline. It discovers job listings matching your profile, scores them by fit, generates tailored resumes for the best matches, and writes cover letters — all automatically. You only review and send what looks right.
Each job is scored 1–10 based on how well the job description matches your resume and profile. A score of 7+ means a strong match. Scoring uses an LLM (language model) and costs no credits — it runs automatically after discovery.
Each single job like score + tailored resume + cover letter costs 1-3 credits. Discovering, enriching, and scoring jobs are always free. Credits are deducted only when you click Tailor or Cover on a specific job, or when you batch tailor/cover multiple jobs.
The AI reads your full resume and the full job description, then rewrites your resume in ATS-optimised JSON and assembles the final text. A validation + judge pass also runs to catch hallucinations. This careful process takes longer than a quick summary but produces a much higher-quality result.
No. SakaMboka only rewrites and reorders information already in your profile and resume — it never invents new employers, degrees, or skills. A two-layer validation (field check + LLM judge) runs after every tailoring attempt and rejects any output that adds fabricated content.
By default: LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, and most jobs posted on Google. You can enable or disable certain jobs categories including filtering jobs based on location, company type, work type and more in Jobs → Search.
Go to Jobs → Search. Set your target job titles, location(s), and the maximum job age (how old a listing can be). These settings are applied on every Search.
For tailoring and cover letters: a Gemini API key (free tier works, get one at aistudio.google.com). For scoring: a Groq API key (free tier, generous limits) or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Add your keys in Profile → Settings.
Your resume, profile, and generated documents are stored only in your account and never shared with other users. LLM API calls are made directly to your chosen provider using your own API key — SakaMboka does not proxy your content through its own LLM accounts. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Jobs older than 30 days are automatically archived to keep your list relevant. Archived jobs with a tailored resume attached are never removed — they stay in your list so you can track applications. If your list is empty, contact us at Contact for diagnosis.
